(part of the GADISA Group and head of the sub-group GADISA RETAIL), in addition to entrusting it with the management of the website www.gadisaretail.es, in order to provide the internet portal service to the companies of the subgroup GADISA RETAIL, as well as to the clients and users of the aforementioned subgroup. We will, therefore, henceforth refer only to GADISA RETAIL, whose contact details are as follows:
