GADISA was founded in 1986 through the merger of 4 companies: Tojeiro Alimentación, Carlos Díaz, Almacenes Casán and Waldo Riva, with extensive experience and experience in the food distribution sector. The Non-Financial Information Statement of the Gadisa Retail group has been verified by Valora Consultores de Gestión S.L. obtaining a result: favorable. Based on the procedures carried out in our verification and the evidence we have obtained, no aspect has been revealed that makes us believe that the EINF corresponding to the Groups 2022 financial year has not been prepared , in all its significant aspects, in accordance with the contents contained in the current commercial regulations on non-financial information and taking into consideration as a guide the criteria of the GRI standards when so reflected, as well as those other criteria described in the EINF.
